About
the Founder
Kim Ermeus consulted with numerous industries during her years working at INROADS
career development organization, including accounting firms, transportation, consumer products, insurance, banking, pharmaceutical
and others. Learning as well as training with the best in the business at Proctor and Gamble, Bristol Myers Squibb, KPMG,
Schering Plough, Maersk, Coopers and Lybrand PSEG and many others. After partnering with Kim for a time, she joined one of
her clients, Hoffmann-La Roche. In human resources, she supported many areas of the business.
After becoming a mother, Kim left Corporate and went back to Consulting except worked
as on a contractual basis. Knowing that there was something bigger and that she was not fully utilizing her God given talents,
Kim prayed fervently for direction. God gave her Able Talents Coaching. For her this is not just a job, but a calling.
Kim studied Family and Community Development at the University of Maryland.
Her graduate studies took place at school of Social Work at Howard University. She continued studies at Cornell
University for certifications in Human Resources and attended many training and development seminars for related topics.
She is a certified coach from iPEC Coaching school accredited by the International Coaching Federation. She is
a Project Leadership Fellow and belives in giving back to the community.
