Customize Your Training
There is no one approach
to handling each organizations unique needs. An internal evaluation or gap analysis will be done to determine
the areas that should be addressed. Once information is gathered through interviews, focus groups or surveys, the training
will be tailored to meet the developmental needs of those identified. There are some modules that are designed outside
